The TBR700 Rally

Registration… Thursday 25th April/26th September 2024 Perth, Scotland

The night before is a great chance to meet the other teams taking part, swap numbers and arrange your convoy. No doubt there will be the opportunity for a few beers and the odd whiskey!


Day 1…Friday 26th April/27th September 2024: Perth to Skye

We will meet up in the morning at our first RV point, this will be a great opportunity to see all the other vehicles on the TBR700. Remember, this event is open to ALL vehicles so there will be some amazing sights on the start line. We will then head off, taking in sights along the way such as the famous back drop from James Bond film Skyfall. We will drop by the Eilean Donan Castle before the finally heading for the Isle of Skye.


Day 2…Saturday 27th April/28th September 2024: Skye to Ullapool 

With a full days’ worth of amazing driving under your belt, you will have settled into the Two Ball way of life…we will meet all teams again at our RV point, you will pick up your daily challenge and hit the road. Today’s adventure will take us across the famous Bealach na Ba Road (Applecross pass), through the Torridon hills and into Ullapool. 


Day 3….Sunday 28th April/29th September 2024: Ullapool to Inverness

Once again we will meet at our designated RV point and you will collect your challenge for the day. We will then head for Achmelvich Beach, often referred to as one of the most sensational beaches in the UK! We then head further north and cross the amazing Kylesku Bridge (see the photos!) We will then head for the Smoo Cave for some photos, before our final stop at Lairg Loch Shin then into Inverness for the evening. -


Day 4…Monday 29th April/30th September 2024: Inverness to Perth

The Final day of the TBR700…with your final challenge in hand we will leave Inverness and head for the Cairngorms National Park. You will have the chance to pop into Braemar Castle (not a million miles from Balmoral Castle) before we drop further south into Pitlochry and then back to where we started in Perth. Once we have added up the scores from all of your challenges, we will no doubt end on a high with the Two Ball Rally awards ceremony at our booked venue. 




TBR700 Route FAQs

What is the cost?
The entry fee is £250 for a team of two and £65 per additional team member. 

Will there be any mechanical support?
No. So we suggest you get to know your car before you head off, put some miles on it, or consider breakdown cover.

What about hotels?
As usual, we will suggest hotels for the route.

Will we meet up each night?
Hell yeah! Nothing better than a catch up each night with a cold one to help.

Are we running two TBR700's?
Due to the popularity of this route, we run an additional event at the end of September, the TBR700 Autumn Run.
